bobara is the successor to Meadowmere Lane, a women's laptop bag company founded by Chondita Chatterjee and Andrea Nadosy in spring 2006. After two years of rapid growth, Andrea saw an opportunity and added Kindle covers and checkpoint friendly bags and re-launched under the bobara name.

bobara's namesake, Lara, is Andrea's younger sister. Smart and sophisticated, feisty and fashionable, she's the perfect inspiration for our brand.
