Payment and Privacy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All purchases are securely processed, and we will send you an order confirmation email once your card has been charged.
bobara will not charge sales
tax for any order unless the order is placed to ship to a California address.
If your order is shipping to a California address, an appropriate sales tax
will be added to your order.
Shipping
All Kindle orders are shipped through our fulfillment center and are usually shipped within 24 hours of order placement. All checkpoint friendly bag orders are packed in-house and shipped via FedEx ground or FedEx Express according to the method you selected at checkout. Please email andrea@bobara.com if you would like the tracking information for your order. Generally, we do not like to inundate you will emails.
Exchange Policy
If you are not, for any reason, entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). We are also happy to exchange your item. All returns must be in its original condition.
Backorder Policy
If an item is on backorder,
it will be noted on the product title. In the event that the item was recently put on backordered and the system has not updated, we will contact you to let you know and to give you the expected ship date.
You will not be charged for a backordered item until it the item is shipped.
Leather and Bag Care:
As will all colored canvas, if you stain the bag, do not rub it vigorously as you will notice color transfer. Blot the stain dry and, if needed, use a gentle stain remover.
